Des nouvelles des filles de Rajan, au printemps 2023.
Bonjour à toutes et tous,
Le temps a passé bien vite. Voici enfin des nouvelles des deux fillettes de Rajan.
Grâce à Bishal, le choix de l’école et de la pension s’est avéré très pertinent. Les fillettes semblent avoir trouvé un équilibre de vie très rassurant, dans une société népalaise en pleine mutation.
Avec une trentaine de donateurs, le solde est positif et permet pour l’instant d’assurer les frais de scolarité et pension de Dema et Ningma. Mais elles sont encore jeunes (11 et 15 ans) et il est important que ce soutien s’inscrive dans la durée.
Des informations sur les petites filles.
En novembre 2021, avec Isa, nous leur avons rendu visite dans leur école. Nous avons été reçus par la direction de l’école qui nous a fait faire une petite visite (la cour, les classes, la cantine…) et on a passé un moment avec Dema et Ningma. La plus petite était très intimidée mais on a un peu discuté en anglais avec l’ainée. Leur environnement est plutôt rassurant. Voici des photos des filles et de l’école.
À l’automne 2022, je les ai rencontrées après mes expéditions début décembre. Avec Yanzi (la femme de Bishal) nous les avons emmenées faire du shopping pour acheter des vêtement pour l’hiver. Je les a trouvées bien plus à l’aise, moins introverties. Et visiblement en matière de vêtements elles savaient ce qu’elles voulaient !
Une expérience bien particulière pour moi… !
La prochaine étape sera de créer définitivement le compte bancaire de l’association RAJAN FAMILY, à bientôt.
